From October 2024 to December 2024, Spa Castle customers were allowed to exchange their old tickets for ones compliant with the 2025 policy. Unfortunately, that exchange period has now ended, and we are unable to accept any old tickets under any circumstances.

The updated ticket policy is as follows:

“Spa Castle Admission is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Within 7 days after the expiration, you will have a one-time opportunity to extend your ticket for an additional 12 months. After 24 months after the purchase, a $3 dormancy fee will be deducted monthly from the ticket’s remaining cash value. To gain entry after the ticket has expired, you will need to pay the difference between the current admission price and the remaining cash value, in addition to any accumulated dormancy fees.

Spa Castle is not responsible if tickets are lost or damaged.”
