As air’s natural humidity condenses on the surface of the Himalayan salt blocks, a natural ionization process is triggered through counterbalancing positive ions, improving your overall mental and emotional health, and helping you destress and relax. Far Infrared Sauna

Microscopic infrared wavelengths are emitted from the heaters and directly absorbed into the body, reducing pain, stiffness, and fatigue. This lounge mimics the comforting warming sensation achieved from sunbathing without the damaging effects of UV rays. Use the blue touch panels to activate the heaters.

Ice Land

This cold sauna can reduce cellulite, and relieve chronic pain and fatigue. The Ice Land is also great for breaks between the hot sauna rooms, as it helps acclimate your body's temperature and provides a refreshing escape.
