Our pools are filled with strategically placed aqua jets that target various pressure points throughout the body, increasing circulation, digestion, soothing muscle aches, strengthening the immune system, and facilitating weight loss.
Sauna Valley
The combination of infrared rays and the natural essence of our seven unique sauna room offer specific healing effects that are beneficial to the body.

We request guests to keep loud and disruptive noises to a minimum.
No Smoking inside the facility. Smoking area is located on the third floor.
We ask guests to refrain from public displays of affection.
- Stay hydrated if you plan to use our saunas.
- Do not go into the saunas after drinking alcohol.
- It is recommended that individuals do not remain in a sauna for more than 30 minutes at a time.
- If you have any medical conditions, consult with your doctor before using saunas.
- No diving, or swimming in pools.
- No running in the facility.
- Nudity is only allowed in the locker room and bath areas.
- When not utilizing Spa Castle amenities, guests must wear their robes.
- Minors (17 or Under) must be under supervision at all times.
- For infants, only car seats and other non-wheeled carriers are allowed (no strollers)
- On some occasions, certain spa services may be unavailable.
- Severe weather can result in the closure of our outdoor pools and areas.
