Important Update: Changes to Admission Ticket Policy Starting January 2025
Beginning January 2025, Spa Castle will no longer accept old or expired admission tickets. As a courtesy, here’s what you need to know:
Redeeming Old Vouchers:
Expired old versions will be honored until the end of 2024, with the following conditions:
- Guests must pay the difference between the original purchase price and the current admission price.
- For example, if your voucher was purchased for $35, you will receive a $35 credit toward the current admission price.
Exchanging Old Vouchers:
If you have an old voucher, we’ll exchange it free of charge for one with the same expiration date as listed on your current voucher.
We encourage customers to visit Spa Castle to exchange their vouchers before December 31, 2024.
