How long does my visit entitle me to?

You will be allowed a day access from opening time to closing time. All exits are final.

What time are you opening until?

Spa Castle opens 7 days a week, 6 am to 12 am (midnight). However, some areas close for certain periods during the day. Please click here to see the hours of operations of each department.

What is the age range you accept at you Spa?

We accept all ages from infancy to seniority as we are a family-oriented environment. Minors require supervision of a guardian.

What do I need to bring for the visit?

We suggest you bring your own bathing suit and a beach towel for the pools; however, we also do provide rentals in the event that you forget yours.

Do you sell alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we serve alcoholic beverages.

Do I need to bring a Photo I.D to get alcoholic beverages?

Yes, upon arrival a wristband will be given with a distinguished color after the proper identification has been made.

Can we bring in any food or beverages?

No outside food or beverages is permitted inside the facility.

Can we bring birthday cakes?

Yes, please keep in mind we do not offer a storage space; however, ice cream cake is not permitted.

Are there any trains near your Spa?

The closest subway is the 7 train going towards Flushing, Main Street. There we offer a complimentary shuttle service. The bus picks up on Northern Blvd and Union St. 137-72 Northern Blvd, in front of The One Boutique Hotel. Click here fore more details.

Do you offer the shuttle bus service?

In front of the ‘The One Boutique Hotel’ Union Street and Northern Blvd
– Our Shuttle Buses operates once a hour, Starting time 8:10 am ( ex: 9:10, 10:10, 11:10 &12:10 pm)
There are no shuttle buses operating 12:40pm
The shuttle schedule resumes at 1:40pm. (ex: 2:40pm, 3:40pm, 4:40pm..etc)
– There are no shuttle buses operating for the times of 12:40pm or 8:40pm.

Do I need to make reservations for any Spa Treatments?

Yes, reservations are suggested but not mandatory. We recommend they are made at least 2 or 3 days in advance. A debit/credit card is required to hold the reservation (No American Express can be used). There is a 20% cancellation fee, if you do not provide us with 24-hour notification.

How much is the entrance fee?

Weekday (Monday through Friday) admission fee is $40 per person, $25 for children aged 1 -2 years, and free for children under 1 year old. For Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, admission fee is $50 per person, $30 for children aged 1-2 years, and free for children under 1 year old. Click here for more details.

What is included with the entrance fee?

The admission fee covers the usage of Spa Castle’s many amenities: saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, hot tubs, steam rooms, healing zone, public lounge areas, locker key, locker number and uniform. All foods, beverages, and spa services are additional and can be paid upon leaving.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Spa Castle Gift Cards. We DO NOT accept American Express, checks or money orders.

Can we purchase any Gift Certificates/ Gift Cards over the phone?

Gift certificates/cards can be purchased in person from the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm at the information desk. They can also be purchased online at Shop and be shipped within 7-10 business days.

Are all of the facilities co-ed/ unisex?

Only the indoor and outdoor pools, saunas & Jacuzzi are co-ed/ unisex. However,bath and locker lounges would be separated.

Do you rent swimming suits/ towels?

Yes, we rent swimming suits for $4, and towels for $4 (not including Tax).

Can we wear our bathing suits inside the hot tubs in the locker rooms?

You would not be permitted to wear bathing suits in these areas; these areas require that you be undressed.

Would we be able to go inside the indoor/outdoor pools with our clothes on? Or uniform that is provided?

You are required to wear a bathing suit in the pool area. You are not permitted in the pool with any outside clothes or the uniform that is provide to you.

Can I wear shoes/ slippers inside the facility?

No, we are a barefoot facility to ensure the cleanliness of our facility. Our staff works hard to keep our facility clean and no outside footwear is permitted. You are however, allowed to wear Spa Castle Socks, or Spa Castle Slippers throughout the facility. We do offer socks that are $3.00 a pair and slippers that are $5.00 a pair available for purchase.

Do you have parking in you premises/facility?

Yes, we offer complimentary valet parking (small parking lot). On the weekends the parking lotfills up rather quickly, in that case you may have to look for street parking.

Do you sell alcoholic beverages?

Yes, we serve alcoholic beverages.

What kinds of food do you serve? How much is the food?

We serve American, Italian, salad bar, frozen yogurt, and authentic Korean food. Depending on what kind of food you choose it will cost between $8-35 per dish.

Can we bring in any food or beverages?

No outside food or beverages is permitted inside the facility.

Can we bring birthday cakes?

Yes, please keep in mind we do not offer a storage space; however, ice cream cake is not permitted.

How deep are the pools?

The pools are 3-4 feet deep; the kiddy pool is 1 foot 6 inches deep.

Are the pools a swimming pool?

No, the pools are more of a function pool.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we do have a gym located on the 3rd floor which is included with our admission fee.

Do I need to bring my sneakers for the gym?

Yes, but your sneakers are ONLY to be worn inside the gym.

No, we do not offer any prenatal massages, foot & hand massages, body scrubs, and body treatment services. We do offer most facials all except Aroma organic peel.
